How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day for any email sent to spencerk@ho-weicar.pics. Privacy requests go to privacy@lfanfilca.com and are answered within 7 days as required by GDPR.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing a project?
Yes, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed technical or commercial conversation. We can also share our standard one.
Can I request deletion of my account and data?
Absolutely. Use the in-app Settings → Privacy → Delete account flow, or email privacy@lfanfilca.com from the address associated with your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Where can I report a security issue?
Please email security@lfanfilca.com with a description and reproduction steps. We acknowledge security reports within 48 hours.
